I’ve been undertaking the Blogging From A to Z Challenge for the last two years and this year is no exception. Last year, I attempted to blog through April on From 7Eight and here in the middle of moving cities. Something had to give, and I missed out on a few letters of the alphabet on this blog.
I swore I wasn’t going to do the A to Z again and even more vehemently declared that I wasn’t going to have a Facebook group for it, as I had for the last two years,or be part of the A to Z team. Then on a whim, I decided to sign up for the challenge on Everyday Gyaan. And a few days later, Arlee Bird, the creator of the Challenge emailed me asking me if I could be on the team again. I couldn’t say no, could I? 😉 So here I am blogging from A to Z in April and proud to be assisting one of the hosts, Zalka Csenge Virág. I’m sticking to my promise not to create and manage a Facebook group though.
Since last year, the A to Z team has added to the excitment by having a grand theme reveal post scheduled in March. While it is not necessary to have a theme for the challenge, it does become easier to find topics around a theme. For example, we blogged about books through the challenge last year.
Today I’m extending to you a A To Z Theme Reveal Invite
What you need to do is:
- Read this to find out what the Blogging From A to Z April Challenge is all about.
- If you decide to undertake the challenge (and why wouldn’t you?), sign up here.
- Add the lovely A to Z 2015 badge to your blog’s sidebar to let people know that you are undertaking the challenge. The code in brackets will help. ( <a href=”http://www.a-to-zchallenge.com/”><img alt=”” src=”http://i1139.photobucket.com/albums/n547/Jeremy-iZombie/A2Z-BADGE-0002015-LifeisGood-230_zps660c38a0.jpg” title=”Blogging from A to Z April Challenge” /></a> )
- Commit to a theme reveal post on March 23rd, 2015, by adding your blog/s to the linky at the bottom of this post.
- Mark March 23rd on your calendar and reveal your theme on your blog on that day!
Hi Corinne; Thanks for doing this. So glad you’ll be participating in the A-Z Challenge too. See you there! 🙂

Hi Corinne!
For lazy bums like me who have become lethargic about writing, such posts and ideas are so encouraging! Thank you for this push! 🙂
PS: The badge html didn’t seem to work for me. I went over to the original site and picked it off of there then. The only difference I see are the double quotes. Different characters there.

Hi Deepa – I do hope this gets you back to writing. You’re too good a writer to have stopped writing regularly!
Thanks for letting me know about the html. Will check it out. Glad you picked it up from the A to Z blog.

I wish you all the best with this challenge, Corinne! It sounds like lots of fun, but unfortunately, I don’t have any extra time to spare as I’m trying to finish book three of the next series and prepping both book two and three for publication. I’m finding it hard just to keep up with my own blog. Lol!

Blessings, my friend!

Thanks, Martha.

You would have totally rocked the challenge, but I understand how your book must come first.
Sending you love and prayers!

Interesting. I haven’t actually heard of this challenge before. I will be looking into it and might just decide to participate. Thanks for sharing! #ibabloggers
The A to Z challenge is quite huge now, Bethany. It sure helps you get focused on your blog and build a good blogging network too!

Thanks for stopping by!

I have done NaBloPoMo before, at least a year straight. But I have to admit right now I am not in the frame of mind to post everyday anymore. Maybe down the road. But I do look forward to reading your posts.

Wow! Blogging for a year straight takes a lot, Audrey. I know a few bloggers who’ve been blogging every day for years. Somehow, I can’t seem to do that. I understand why this would be hard for you, seeing how much work your posts take.

Thanks for coming by!

Wow that sounds like an exciting project to be involved in and I have to say it also sounds like a lot of work! Good luck with it this year 🙂

My dearest Corinne, I admire your commitment. I do. I do! I wish I had the diligence necessary to participate in such a challenge, but alas, I do not. As you may have noticed, I have struggled to post regularly this past year. Health and personal difficulties have gotten in the way of writing. I’m finally starting to regain some control and hope that this won’t be the case for 2015. I have missed writing and reading my favorite blogs, such as yours! Roxy and I will cheer you from the sidelines on this endeavor, dear friend. Hugs to you and Pablo from us! 🙂
This sounds so fun! I can’t wait!
Hmmm sounds like fun but I probably need to re-read when I’m less tired. So I blog all the way through April but reveal my theme on 23 March? Did I get that right?

What a fun idea Corinne! I’ve planned my posts for quite some time now, but I’ll watch your challenge with interest!

I’m not sure I will use the theme but I can’t wait to see what it is!! Who knows, maybe it will be something I have a passion about!
