I’ve been writing a inspiring sentence at the end of each day and have been sharing these since June – for May and June. August has been a hectic month for me and I’ve been delaying putting up this post with words that inspired me in July 2022.

Words That Inspired Me In July 2022
Today is Monday, and instead of sharing some of my musings, I’ve decided to put up this post. A bit of a cheat, but I hope you’ll find some inspiration in what I found inspiring last month.
1st to 15 July
1 Jul – If we knew just how powerfully our thoughts, words and actions affected the hearts of those around us, we’d reach out and join hands again and again. – Tara Brach

5 Jul – People will learn to respect you when they have consequences for disrespect. – Nate Postlethwait

We all have times when we have way too many plates spinning and then someone asks us to juggle bowling balls.
So true. I’m learning to say no to unnecessary tasks!

Lovely post, Corinne! Just what I needed at this time. I went through all of them and I have to say during those tough days (I just had one yesterday) all we need are such thought-provoking reminders to give us back the momentum we have temporarily lost.

The practice of writing down one quote/ sentence at the end of each day is helping me, Esha. Glad this made sense to you.

Hi Corinne – I love a good quote and these were all great. I think my favourite was “Life is meant to be vibrant, deeply felt, growing mosiac of long, meaningful moments” because it sums up beautifully how I want my life to be.
I know you do, Leanne. Love the ones you share and the beautiful graphics you create!

This post is soooo nice. I love it. Especcialy number … “When I allow comparison to steal my joy, I am telling God that what He has already done for me isn’t enough.”
Thank you so much for sharing this. I am reading a good book about “comparison”. I think when we constantly compare ourselves to others, we waste precious time and energy.

Comparison is truly a thief of joy, among other things. Glad this quote resonated with you, Aritha.

The Gandhi quote is vivid and mind-opening. How often do humans allow fellow humans, governments, politicians and laws to appear to spread mass fear and manipulation into their minds. Life is mind training….or a lesson in being manipulated with fear.

I’m not usually a big fan of quotations; so many of them are just useless and silly platitudes. You’ve chosen some great ones, here, though!

Glad these made sense, Holly. I write out one a day at the end of each day, so I try to make sure they made sense to me that day! 🙂
