Take Your Weight Loss To New Heights With These 5 Easy Top Secret Tips
Odds are most of you reading this article have completed some form of a diet in your life. Odds are also that, though you may have lost some weight at the time, you gained it all back and then some. Am I right?
Let me cut to the chase, as they say. Diets DON”T work. So what does? A lifestyle works!
But what does that mean? Well, your daily routine is a lifestyle. Your career is even a lifestyle. Your hobbies, passions, skills…they are all lifestyle. Brushing your teeth, making the bed, getting dressed they too are lifestyle.
Weight loss is no different. All natural weight loss means creating a lifestyle of wellness that results in lost pounds, leaner waists, reduction of inches and far better health and wellness. It means daily activities, actions and intentions that lead you to your goal!
And today, I present to you 5 “Top Secret” tips to begin to develop that lifestyle and reach your weight loss goals the all natural way! Actually, they aren’t really secrets so much as they are simple truths- but I got your attention didn’t I? Check them out…
#1:Hydrate
Feeling hungry? Maybe you are just thirsty. Test the theory first before eating a bite. Drink a glass of water and wait a few minutes. Still hungry? Many times thirst presents as a feeling of hunger. If you respond by eating, you are setting yourself up for excess calorie consumption and weight gain. Hydrate and weight loss often results.
#2: Get Moving
Sedentary lifestyles are as much a player in weight loss issues as over eating and poor nutrition. Get moving. Get up, get active, sweat, put those joints into action, apply those muscles. They are your tools to all natural weight loss. You already own them so why let them go to waste? God gave them to you to use and be well.
#3: Be Positive
Attitude is crucial. Mindset is essential. All natural weight loss is not achieved with either attitude or mindset in the toilet. Stop speaking those negatives against yourself. Stop declaring your failure. Stop imprisoning yourself with a lack of self worth and value. Let the junk go. Silence the voices. Love yourself. Speak truth and life over your body, your life! Be positive about the journey and excited about the destination. Doing so will inspire and empower you weight loss success.
#4: Be in Community
Don’t go it alone, hiding behind the four walls of your living room. Don’t shrink away in the crowd at the gym or avoid friends in guilt and shame for what you’ve become. Step out, own it all and get involved with like-minded people. Join a community where you are accepted, understood, empowered, held accountable, inspired, motivated! I’m telling you the truth…it is crucial to your weight loss success. The Inner Circle of Simply Good Health is the perfect place to begin. This group is powerfully loving, accepting, supporting. It delivers effective, applicable, essential information. It fosters accountability. It is transforming lives. From weight loss to fibromyalgia relief, it is working. Join the community today. Allow yourself to be embraced and cheered on to victory!
#5: Be Consistent
Do it day after day, after day! You brush your teeth every day right? If you didn’t your dental health would decline. Why not the same with your all natural weight loss goals? If you take action daily- eat whole foods, hydrate, workout- you’ll get results. Fail to be consistent and at best you’ll stay right where you are today.
You can do this! All natural weight loss is yours for the taking! Begin today. Seize your birthright TODAY!
Are you ready?

Lovely points… I agree to them as diet never worked for me and I was all disappointed when my gym teacher told me about body metabolism rate and all. Being regular is something I really need to learn as the moment I lose some weight I become lazy and start taking breaks from exercise till the time I put it all back on 🙂
That viscious cycle…no fun! Try to think lifestyle not diet…change how you look at it and you might get that breakthough! 🙂

Well written Carl!
Yes indeed, weight loss IS an issue with most of those who are suffering from weight problems. I was there too and have tried a few diets, but as you mentioned, nothing really works and the weight is back again with a bang!
The ways you mentioned are what really work, though you need to follow them consistently. I totally agree with the water intake, and that makes your hunger pangs vanish in minutes. Similarly, remaining active or picking up some form of keeping fit and doing a little daily helps. Oh yes…always be positive – that IS the key. 🙂
Thanks for sharing these with us. 🙂

Great advice, simple but effective tips. We know the right thing to do but don’t know why we still don’t do. Your advise is a welcome reminder.
Funny how we humans operate sometimes. But here’s to overcoming our self imposed barriers 🙂

Yes,weight loss is a major concern for most families as India is becoming an obsess society.

I have tried various combinations, but, what works the most is a regular morning walk for about 45 minutes and cutting down on deep fried intake. This is what has worked for me but each one has to work out a formula for himself/ herself.
Actually, it is more about being healthy and less about losing weight.

And Patience, because losing weight is not a 1 day process.. And when for a few days you don’t see some positive results you just leave the hard work in between. So patience is the key 🙂
