To stay grateful and peaceful – that’s all one can do in these anxious times – and yet, it’s all one can do!

Stay Grateful And Peaceful #SundaySentence

Elizabeth Gilbert
#SundaySentence: One image. One sentence. (But I cheat sometimes!) Every Sunday.

This reminds me of a nice quote: When you practice gratefulness, there is a sense of respect toward others. Dalai Lama
Thanks for sharing this, Sunil. Hadn’t read it before.

Beautiful quote to live by! I’ve found that gratitude makes me reframe the very thoughts that are hurting me. For me, it’s this awareness that creates the shift in the mindset after which things begin to make sense.

I hope I’m making sense here. 🙂
