#MondayMusings. She knew she had to write them. She had missed two #FridayReflections in a row as well as a post on #EverydayGratitude right on Thanksgiving Day! But try as she did, her Monday Musings started to look more like Monday Ramblings. She decided to share them anyway, since this too was part of the journey of the last few weeks and use images to show exactly what she felt! đ
More Like Monday Ramblings
The last week was taken up by a bad bout of the ‘flu and yet she managed to put in some good work at the office on the days she went.
Exhausted. Physically, but more emotionally.
The pressure on her to be and do something was increased. In the past, guilt was what ruled her life. But she had decided that self-respect and respect for her significant was more important.
Peace. They tried to take hers away but she knew deep in her heart that she was doing what was right for her soul – and that brought peace.
Loyalty. For someone who has seen disloyalty in all shades, she experienced the deepest show of loyalty and companionship. Her heart was filled with love and gratitude for the person who had extended himself to demonstrate this.
Grateful. To all those people who commented and ‘got her’ in her last post. It wasn’t easy to write, so every comment and share was precious.
Reaffirmed. A lesson she had learned, but one which life keeps reaffirming for her.

Hugs, Corinne. I like our ramblings too because that’s what makes us human. I keep rambling all the time. Take care.
So much is achieved in such a small span of time frame, Corinne! Pat on your back that you did all this!!!
And it amuses me to the core to find a lot of parallel lines…I was struggling to keep up with my commitments on different fronts, had a bout of ill health as well… “Show must go on”, I reminded myself all the while and took things as they happened! So there is a big “To do” starting at me!
