You need to visit your for regular check ups, even if you’re feeling okay. When was the last time you had your teeth checked? As soon as you keep up with these fundamental appointments you will feel so much better and your mind will also be at ease.
2. Eat Smart
You may already know this, but the food you eat has a direct impact on your mood and energy levels. Fuel up on nutritious whole grains and slow releasing carbohydrates. Ditch the sugar in your tea and coffee and sweeten it with a little honey, jaggery or coconut sugar. This will keep your energy levels high and your concentration levels at a good pace too.
3. Move and Groove
