On the final day of the Grateful Perspective series, we are invited to cultivate possibility.
Envisioning and investing in new possibilities is how transformation comes about. But how do we step into all the possibility that exists in a moment? We harness our big hearts and go forward with purposeful intention. We say ‘Yes!’ to life.

Cultivate Possibility
Over the course of this series, we’ve looked at realigning our perspective to become more grateful. We were asked to:
Day 1 : Become Present
Day 2 : Embrace Poignancy
Day 3 : Invite Peak Awareness
Day 4 : Acknowledge Privilege and Plenty
Day 5 : Align With Your Principles
Day 6 : Open To Pleasure
These small shifts in perseptive will centre us and help us to look at the world and our life with more clarity and appreciation.
Become Present
I once again use the practice of becoming present using the breathing exercise shared on Day 1. I become aware of the possibility of extending this practice into my daily life.
Taking Time To Reflect
I reflect on how I can make the use of presence and perspective to create greater possibility in my life. How can I make myself more open to the possibilities that may be calling to me?
Looking at each moment, and finding joy in the simple things, helps me to expand my grateful perspective. As I write my Morning Pages, I become more keenly aware of the privilege and abudance I enjoy. There’s a great awareness too of the immense possibilities stretching out before me to serve the world.
Commiting To One Action
On this final day of the Grateful Perspective pratice, I consider what is one action I would like to take to manifest gratefulness in the world. I have decided to focus on kindness – to be kind to myself and others. To look for possiblities to reach out to others with kindness. Being thoughtful and considerate, will also help me to think before I act. To be more mindful. Each moment will then be rich with perspective and abundant with possibility.
Grateful living gives our hearts wide wings and stamina for the journey…”
